Basically it's available at the market as standard size of 6m x 1m (6m load bar or bearing bar length and 1m cross bar length.) In here you can calculate the weight of grating. It's working as counting total load bar and cross bars and binding bar (which is use at the edge of the grating) and calculating total weight based on your provided values. 

    Manufactures are providing the weights in there material catalogs, But in case of some custom made gratings we have to calculate it. To calculate the grating weight is normally it's time consuming job. If  you have the unit weight of the grating it will most easier to calculate it.
